Vote circa 3:00 p.m.
The Senate will convene at 10:00 a.m. for a period of morning business until 11:00 a.m. with the first half hour under the control of the Majority Leader or his designee and the second half hour under the control of the Minority Leader or his designee.
At 11:00 a.m., the Senate will begin consideration of S. 3108, the Pension Equity Conference Report, with four hours of debate equally divided between the two leaders.
A vote will occur on final passage of the S. 3108 Conference Report when all debate time is used or yielded back.
During Wednesday’s session:
Cloture on the motion to proceed to S. 2207, the Pregnancy and Trauma Care Access Protection Act, failed 49-48
Cloture on the motion to recommit with instructions S. 1637, the JOBS Bill (FSC-ETI), failed 50-47
